Cash Games 2005: The games are good, I'm learning fast and moving up stakes to 2/4NL.... 2006: Still doing well at 2/4NL until the UIGEA hits and the games start to dry up.... 2007: Start to struggle at 2/4NL but then go on nice little tear.... 2008: No graph available (PT3 can't import my old hands), but I lose about $2,000 when the games continue to dry up and my game starts to slip from lack of practice.... 2009: After continuing to struggle at 2/4NL I drop back down to 1/2NL on my main site. For fun I also start a Ferguson challenge to see how fast I can build up my Pokerstars account from $0 playing freerolls and microstakes -- so far I'm at $94.74! At 1/2NL I plug some leaks, and eventually get comfortable enough to revisit 2/4NL. I start taking stabs at 3/6NL at the end of the year, but that doesn't turn out so well. Not going to try that again for a while. Incidentally, PT has this feature that lets you see how lucky you are in all-in pots. In my case, not very.... Tournaments 2005 to present: I win a bunch early on, including a seat to the 2005 WSOP, where I got to play with James Woods for a while but busted out 10 hours into Day 1. Since then, still looking for another big score.... |
